This is the first time I’ve been asked this question. I almost don’t want to say, so as to maintain an air of mystery. In truth though, my very very favourite is 20 Hours in America (an episode that was never requested for my meme, creys). My other favourites off the top of my head are The Crackpots and These Women, In Excelsis Deo, The Midterms, In This White House, And It’s Surely To Their Credit, Shibboleth, Noel, Ellie, 17 People, Bad Moon Rising, Two Cathedrals, Dead Irish Writers, Bartlet For America, Game On, Debate Camp, Process Stories, Arctic Radar, Guns Not Butter, Inauguration Over There, Evidence of Things Not Seen, Shutdown, Election Day and Requiem.

But if I was going to get someone new to watch it, and I always have an episode for this reason selected (for The Office it’s The Injury), it would be Celestial Navigation. Oh, and also the Pilot! Best pilot of all the shows I watch.
